Olivia Herrman earned her master’s degree in Social Work from Washburn University in 2025. She joined Prevention and Resiliency Services (PARS) as Executive Director in May 2026, bringing with her more than seven years of experience in the behavioral health and recovery field. Prior to joining PARS, Olivia served in several roles at Heartland RADAC, including peer support, care coordination, and most recently as supervisor of the community-based peer mentor program. As a person in long-term recovery, she is deeply passionate about this work and believes her lived experience has helped shape her commitment to serving others with empathy, authenticity, and hope. She is dedicated to supporting healthy, resilient communities and advancing programs that empower youth and families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading, cooking and baking, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
