National Night Out

National Night Out (NNO) is an annual community-building event held in August and September that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. NNO enhances the relationship between citizens and law enforcement by creating a true sense of community and providing an opportunity for police and citizens to come together under positive circumstances. PARS serves as the coordinator for National Night Out for Topeka/Shawnee County through our Safe Streets program.
