Our Team

Isabel joined the PARS team in 2024 to help lead the development and implementation of Block Talks, a grassroots neighborhood initiative focused on building community, reducing violence, and promoting inclusivity through trauma-informed conversations and resource connection.

Isabel brings a background in civic engagement, volunteer coordination, and community-based research. With a passion for lifting up unheard voices and creating welcoming spaces, she works closely with community members, organizations, and local leaders to make change.

Outside of work, Isabel is a full-time PhD student at Kansas State University and mom who enjoys exploring local businesses and events, being outside, and finding new ways to bring people together around shared goals and values.
