Our Team

Lisa is a graduate of Washburn University with a BA in Organizational Communications. She joined the PARS team in January 2022.  

Lisa worked in banking in the Topeka community for 35 years, starting as a teller while attending college and retiring as a Senior Vice President in Business Banking.  She used her communication and leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail to build relationships and develop new business. Throughout those years, she volunteered on various community boards including East Topeka Council on Aging, TDC Learning Centers, Let’s Help, Kansas Family Partnership, SLI Finance Committee, and Florence Crittenton. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority, Junior League of Topeka, Association of Women Entrepreneurs, Women in Commerce, Women United, Leadership Topeka Class of 2002, Most Pure Heart of Mary Finance Committee, and the Women’s Fund.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, especially the grandkids, and working in the yard.  She likes to stay busy, putting her creative skills to work sewing and working on other craft and house projects.
