It’s going to be a fast paced fun event!

• There will be up to 40 teams.
• Each team will receive a designated table with chairs that displays their sponsoring company’s name/logo.
• PARS will provide all the boards and bags.
• Players should dress comfortably–there is not a tournament t-shirt this year.
• There will be door prize drawings with automatic entry for all players when they check-in.
• There will be one 50/50 Cash Raffle–tickets are available now through the day of the tournament. $5/each or 5 for $20. The drawing will be held the of the tournament. The winner does not need to be present to win. (Ticket sales for the raffles start soon and end at the tournament.)
• A concessions stand will be offering inexpensive light meals, snacks and drinks.
• A DJ will be providing music and announcements.
• The Baldwin Baggers will be managing the tournament play using an app that players can download.
• Players should check-in starting at 12:30 and should be prepared to start tournament play at 1:00. They should plan to be there until 5:00 but we will have up to 8 games in progress at a time and anticipate finishing well before that.
• The winning team will receive. trophy for their company and a $50 gift card for each player. The champion team from last year, NCS, will be returning this year to defend their title!
